Just some completely random questions to get you talking.
Is B.J. Raji the biggest guy on the team right now?
Do you think Crabtree is going to hold a grudge?
Did you want Crabtree? Be honest.
Should they call it the “Raji Burger” or simply the “Busari”?
Have you read this yet? It’s frickin’ awesome. I just found it.
Were you concerned hearing Peter King bring up steroids and Matthews?
I wonder if Brian at Rail Bird Central still doesn’t like our fullback pick? Do you?
If you had to pick one of the after draft additions to make the team, who would it be?
Should Greg Jennings shave his beard?
Do you think Favre will do it?

Aaron Said,

I do.
Greg Bedard or Aaron Nagler?
Def Greg Bedard.

Greg C. Said,1. We won’t know until we see him and Ryan Pickett side by side. You can’t trust the listed weights on those really big guys. This one is pretty much a toss-up.
2. No, Crabtree won’t hold a grudge. Plenty of teams passed on him, and I doubt that he expected to be picked by the Packers. He may not have even wanted to play in Green Bay.
3. No, I very much did NOT want Crabtree. We’re fine at WR.
4. Huh?
5. I like it that Raji mentions Clay Matthews as a player who impressed him in workouts. I also like that his favorite fast food is Subway breakfast. He’s the anti-Jared. He’s not alone. I once had a roommate who ate at Subway every day and gained 100 pounds in a year.
6. I like Greg Bedard. I’m not familiar with Aaron Nagler.
7. I didn’t realize that King was hinting at steroids when he commented on Matthews’ weight gain, but I suppose he was. Now I am a little concerned. Thanks a lot, Alex.
8. I didn’t like our fullback pick at first, but now I like it, mainly because I like the idea of more power in the running game. I’m sick of finesse.
9. No opinion. None of them will make the team anyway.
10. Shave the beard, Greg.
11. You’re just full of good news tonight, aren’t you Alex? No, I don’t think Favre will come back, but if he does, my opinion of him will not go any lower, as it has pretty much bottomed out already.

Paul Said,1. I think it’s between him and the Big Grease. That would be an awesome eating contest.
2. I don’t think he’ll hold a grudge, I think he would hold a bigger grudge against the Chiefs and the Raiders.
3. I’ll be honest I did want Crabtree but after seeing some of his interviews he seems like a douchebag, certainly not Packer People.
4. Reminds me of the O-Line burger at a place here. A CFL lineman owned the place and made it. Imagine a double bacon cheese burger….but between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches.
5. I just read it now and I’ve gotta say I’m impressed, he can actually speak like a real educated human being.
6. Greg Bedard FTW
7. I was a little worried until I looked into it and considering he didn’t actually have any facts to back it up and it was just suspicion I’m not too worried.
8. I can’t say I’m huge on taking a FB but considering he was the top rated FB in the draft and we got him that low I can’t complain. I think not just rushing Rodgers up the middle will do us good.
9. I would pick the ghost of 66 or an in the prime Barry Sanders. But in all seriousness I really have no idea are there any good FA’s out there? Maybe Travis LaBoy or Larry Foote since they just got released.
10. I’m Pissed the sound isn’t working for that video… But the beard looks good, he can have a competision with Rodgers for most epic face hair.
11.Considering Bus Cook knows if Favre comes back he’ll get another huge chunk of cash he’s going to be trying his hardest. I could see it happening

IronMan Said,1. According to the roster at Packers.com, yes.
2. He shouldn’t, but yes he will.
3. Not really. I am skeptical of any QB or wide receiver from Texas Tech.
4. I like Busari.
5. Just read it. Nice find.
6. Both.
7. A little bit.
8. I don’t know. I haven’t seen him play yet. Ask me again in a few years.
9. Kole Heckendorf. Why? He has a cool name, and he is from Wisconsin. Pack93z has seen him play in highschool. “Give us one Heckendorf!”
10. I will love Greg with or without the beard.
11. I think he will. Only because I see no other reason for him to be released if he isn’t going to pursue another team.

interesting to see that Busari (BJ) said that Clay Matthews was one of the guys that impressed him the most at the combine

BulletTheory05 Said,1: We’ll have to see when he lines up next to Pickett!
2: I think he might hold a grudge on the teams that do NEED recievers and passed up on him.
3: Not really, we had bigger needs to fill.
4. Busari
5. I shall read it now, while at work
6: being from the UK, I have only just got to know who Greg is through Twitter. So I say Greg
7. A little
8. I like what the coaches have said about him. He sounds like he could be a good player for the Pack. Let’s wait and see!
9. Jamarko.
10: No! He should keep it!
11: Surely he won;t come back…will he?!

Greg Jennings is Twitter. That’s all you need to know.

Brian Said,Still can’t say I like the fullback pick. If you want a jackhammer, you’ve already got one in John Kuhn. And couldn’t Johnson been gotten later in the draft? My brain tells me to reserve judgement, but I just don’t like the pick at first blush.

Andyman Said,1) I do believe so, yes.
2) I doubt it – he couldn’t have thought he had a realistic chance at going to GB with their wideouts, plus if he had a grudge to hold, it should be against a team like OAK.
3) Not at all. He might have been the “best player available” according to most people, but he was in a position we need the least right now. Raji is a much better fit.
4) Raji Burger sounds awesome
5) That’s awesome.
6) Sorry, Aaron, Bedard is the bomb
7) Always gotta be someone out there to stir the pot. No concern as of yet.
9) Like most people, I gotta say Jamarko. He seems to have the skills to be a decent 4th wideout.
10) No way – beard power!
11) I think it is unlikely, but I thought that last year too. I do know this though: the media will make a much bigger deal out of this than they need to.

PackersRS Said,1) Think so, but it’s close a contest with Pickett
Who don’t like a guy that will make it possible to convert on 4th and short, something we couldn’t last season???
2) He’s a diva, but don’t think so. He knows we didn’t need a WR. He’ll hold a grudge against Oakland, though
3) If we’d gotten him, I would personally kill TT. Who needs another WR when we don’t have D and have GOD on the field?
4) The Busari sounds awesome, but check answer #4
5) Yeah, read it live. And, if nobody has pointed out, it indicates that The Busari will probably be a Subway sandwich, made of meatball, cheese, ham, pepperoni, bacon, chicken wings, lard sauce, mayo. The diet version comes with 2 leafs of lettuce, served during breakfast lol…
6) Aaron. Bedard thought we should get Crabtree, enough said…
7) Yeah, people are bashing DraftBible, time to sue a CBS analyst…
9) Jamarko Simmons all the way.
10) DON’T BRING THAT UP! GOD looks good in that (as long as he doesn’t let it become a NECK BEARD)
11) This time is for good. Last year he had so much hate for TT, he wanted to play for the queens. Now, his love for the Green and Gold is bigger than that, he won’t do it. If he does, and play for the queens, I will seriously consider burning his shirt…
